What's the difference between Refer & Earn and the Affiliate Program?+
Refer & Earn rewards existing users with in-app perks (free months, discounts) when people they invite sign up for a free Looqentra account. The Affiliate Program pays anyone cash commission when those people — or anyone else they refer — upgrade to a paid plan. They're complementary: the referral program gets people in the door; the affiliate program pays you when they convert.
Do I need a Looqentra account to be an affiliate?+
No. Anyone can join the affiliate program — you don't need to be a Looqentra user yourself. If you run a newsletter, a community, or just know a lot of founders, you can earn commission by sharing Looqentra.
How is the commission tracked and paid out?+
The platform handles link attribution, click tracking, conversion tracking, and payout processing. You'll see your clicks, signups, conversions, and pending payouts in your affiliate dashboard — no manual spreadsheets required.
